Painting, on the edge of what we see and what we sense.
Lucian Hrisav brings airbrush and spray paint into his work on canvas, retaining tools from his street art practice. The surfaces seem to borrow the light and texture of digital images.
The exhibition that opened at H’art in April 2023 puts these images in dialogue with the space. Orange walls, circular forms and shifts of scale create a rhythm between the works.
